Guarantee

All our replacement remote control handsets are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against failure due to a manufacturing fault. This guarantee does not cover damage to or failure of the handset caused by the purchaser; or any damage caused by the leakage of chemicals from any batteries fitted to the handset. Should the replacement remote control not operate with the intended product or have a manufacturers fault a new replacement or a full refund will be offered to the customer upon receipt of the replacement purchased.
